Job Description
HOPLA. Online is looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team as an Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, scheduling appointments for the senior sales team, and assisting with the sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow within the sales industry.

Your days will be filled with:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and leads
Cold-calling potential clients in different markets/industries via phone to schedule appointments for the sales team
Able to manage 150 - 200 outbound calls per day
Maintain accurate record of client interaction and appointments in the company's CRM
Follow up with prospects to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with the company's services
Continuously learn about the company's products and services in order to provide accurate information to potential clients
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet sales targets
Who we are looking for:
Highly developed customer satisfaction focus.
At least 2 years experience in appointment setting or sales support role is preferred
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Advanced MS Office skills or Google Suite, CRM system experience is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a Global team.
Possess a proactive, outgoing, and can do personality who's not afraid to speak up
Be able to carry out and lead a conversation
Posses the flexibility to handle a conversation whether through the use of a script or holding a free-flow conversation
Having Finance / Banking / FOREX experience is a plus
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Open to working on a Hybrid setup within Metro Manila
