Reach out to leads via phone, email, or chat to set appointments with potential clients
Confirm meeting times and manage the agency's calendar
Handle reschedules, cancellations, and follow-ups promptly
Send reminders to ensure attendance and minimize no-shows
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and appointments in GoHighLevel (GHL)
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all scheduled leads are properly handed off
Ideal ProfileQualifications:
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Scheduler, or similar role
Strong experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM management and automation
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
