CVS QUALIFICATIONS:
·Completed at least 2 years in college
·1+ yrs call center experience, preferably with healthcare account background
·Proficiency in using written and verbal positive language
·Intermediate knowledge of computer applications and navigation skills
·Adaptability and quick learning skills as well as multitasking
·Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team
·Should possess the ff traits: Customer focus, senior sensitivity, empathy, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, perseverance, learning and applying quickly, proactiveness
·Basic knowledge with MS Office
·Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Salary:
*Upon hire - P17,000 Base Pay. Upon passing 14 weeks of training. P17,000 Base Pay +2k account premium allowance
*Upon regularization; P17,000 Base Pay +4k account premium allowance +1k Flex Fund = P22,000 package
