Duties and Responsibilities of Application Support
Ticket Handling (Incident and Service Request)
Log and Categorize Ticket
Initial Diagnosis and 2nd Level Resolution - Perform Knowledge Base referenced resolutions to resolve Incidents or fulfill Service Requests
Re-assign ticket to 3rd Level Functional Support when necessary and remain as watchlist
Manage customer communication until closure.
