Ensure application Service Level Agreements are exceeded by maintaining ownership of incidents through resolution.
Review, execute, and verify production changes in strict accordance with procedures defined in change documents.
Act as the gatekeeper of the software systems for any new changes and functionalities to be introduced.

You must have atleast 1 year of experience in L1 Application Support
You must have hands-on experience in Excel and SQL
