JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Operational Support
Performs application installation, application configuration, application user management and application monitoring;
Facilitates user requests for data extraction, data analysis, data correction and data importation;
Facilitates on the testing and deployment of the current and new release version of system application;
Facilitates user request for reports generation;
2. Daily Sales Monitoring
Updates and ensures correct daily sales of all branches for Barter and JDA MMS (Interim and POLLOG);
3. Daily IBM Server Status and Backup Monitoring
Monitors the IBM server health status (MSWG, %ASP v storage usage, etc);
Monitors the JDA backup status;
4. Training Facilitation
Facilitates user training on various application and Prince services;
5. Reportorial
Prepares and submits reports which include POLLOG data loading, INTERIM data loading, NetSuite data loading, BARTER issue logging, CLP issue logging, JDA issue logging, NetSuite issue logging, Manthan issue logging, Prince Services issue logging, among others.
JOB SPECIFICATION
1. Education:
Bachelor's/College Degree in  Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or related courses
2. Number of Hours of Relevant Trainings:

3. Licensure and/or Certification Required: 
None-required
4. Number of years of relevant work experience: 
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience specializing in IT or similar duties
