The Job::
Deliver application maintenance and support services to customers
Follow the company's application maintenance service delivery model and process
Provide fault diagnostic and bug fixing on software problems reported
Perform program development for application enhancement
Report the progress of assigned work to supervisor
Need to handle production problems reported at non-office hour
Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Technology/Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
Minimum of 1 years IT related experience
Good command of spoken and written English
Hands-on experience in:
- Oracle ERP Finance and Accounting modules (AP, AR, GL), Inventory Management, Order Management, Fixed Assets
- Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports
- Knowledge on SQL, Basic unix commands, ITSM, Remedy tool are an advantage
