Primary Responsibilities:
Understand in depth, the business processes of the airline.
Ensure continuity of the business processes supported by one or many applications / services.
Undertake advanced administration tasks as required e.g. to support problem resolution.
Resolve an issue or deliver a service requirement based on degree of urgency.
Ensure that issue handling are documented in the knowledge base and kept current.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
Participate in the on-call support as required by the business.
Recommend interim solutions to issues while permanent solution is not yet available.
Manage coordination with vendors, third party consultants or internal teams/departments as required
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a college graduate of a related course in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Experience as Business Analyst is an advantage.
Background in SAP, AIMS, SK, AMOS and New Skies is a great advantage.
Must have good communication skills and is comfortable in presenting to stakeholders.
Analytics and Problem-solving skills are a must for this role.
Customer-centric and knows how to establish strong stakeholder relationship.
Trainings and/or certifications that are a huge advantage are: ITIL, Prince2/PMP, Tableau/Power BI, Service Now, Cherwell.
Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
