A quick thinker. We need someone who is always on their toes because you will be expected to be analytical, agile, and quick-witted in providing end-to-end resolution of tickets (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, etc).
Has an eye for improvement. Always on the lookout for potential risks and quickly acts on them to resolve and prevent errors from happening while always being on the lookout for possible process upgrade and potential cost savings.
Thorough. Keen to details and high levels of accuracy are also essential as you will be undertaking product reviews, documentation, testing, and recommendation for bug fixes and provide support to existing projects.
Impactful. Be the best version of yourself and help others for you will be trained and eventually train various audiences and provide best practices where appropriate. Possess strong communication skills in order to build relationships with your stakeholders both onshore and offshore.
Required Background/Skills:
Bachelor's degree holder
A Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar user-facing role supporting multiple business applications in a mission critical environment
Understanding of application platforms, business rules and data flows through systems.
Technical Skills:
Agile Methodologies and ITIL processes
SSRS report writing skills
Crystal Reports
Good to have skills:
NetSuite (Oracle)
PowerBI experience
Microsoft SQL Serves
Experience with Financial and Entity Management systems - Ideally MicroGen products (4/5 Series highly desirable) and SUN.
