Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
System management:
Monitoring of system performance
memory usage
Server set-up
Application Management
Maintenance of Installation packages
Renewal of licenses
License utilization
Standard templates
Reporting set-up and maintenance
User management (approx. 1200 users)
User rights
User administration
General user support
Training
Disseminate knowledge and best practice
Key Success Factors
Ensuring that Jira is a stable platform for teams and projects globally
Training with the purpose of efficient and standardized usage of solution
Defining workflows and standard reports for JIRA
Required Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent work experience. IT major or someone with many years of relevant experience.
Deep knowledge and experience with JIRA
- Experience driving processes within Software Development.
- Ability to lead and guide users, teams and projects with the usage of JIRA.
- Ability to lead a business process within Software Development.
- Most likely to have 5 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
Technical, functional and professional
- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Software Development.
- Strong ability influence others.
- Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems applicable for the product development.
Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps will be a strong advantage
