Purpose of the Job
Responsible for supporting, customizing and implementation of Service Management solutions in order to support business and facilitate continuous growth in business efficiency and usage of the core applications, mainly ServiceNow.

Key Activities:
Support the Service Management solutions by handling support tickets
Manage the backlog of tickets in the Service Management area and others
Solve continuous business improvement requests to support the business to grow and improve efficiency
Involvement in testing and implementation of new functionalities in connection with upgrade of the solutions
In time to participate in projects for the Service Management area.
Various IT tasks in other areas
Skills and Experience Required:
At least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT or equivalent
Strong understanding of service management processes and requirements
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in ServiceNow supporter of specialist with a proven track record, preferable in a global/international organization
Good Knowledge of ServiceNow solutions
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Self-driven, fast learner, structured, flexible, ready for quick changes/new tasks, and are explorative
