Mid SAP HR Functional Consultant
At least 3 yrs. experience in SAP HR Payroll and Time Module
Has substantial knowledge in maintaining PCRs and Schema for both time and payroll
Has substantial knowledge in creating workschedules, absence types and attendance types
Has substantial knowledge in maintaining Time Evaluation related tables
Has experience creating or maintaining Functions and Operations
Is an expert in at least one country payroll
Has exposure or experience in maintaining several country payrolls
Is an expert in creating wage types and maintaining payroll related tables
Has a solid grasp of the concepts and configuration of factoring and wage type valuation
Knowledge in debugging standard objects is an advantage
Knowledge in maintaining Personnel Administration and Organizational Management modules is an advantage
Has excellent communication skills
Is a team player
Is detail oriented (High valuation on quality)
Can work independently without any supervision
Can mentor or train up junior resources
Roles and Responsibilities
Will coach/teach junior level resources
Will conduct brown-bag sessions to help increase overall team knowledge
Will coordinate/participate with the Team Lead in team quality activities
Priority 1 and 2 tickets are expected to be fixed immediately.
Will provide a functional estimate for fixes (INC) and change requests (CHG).
Will provide an efficient solution design on change requests and fixes.
Works with the Business Analyst or the client to identify their requirements, design enhancements and functionality to help meet user requirements
Performs configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality
Prepares functional specifications and delivers to ABAP developers
Follow all design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, uses standards, procedures, and practices in performing required work
Assist in the technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation, and User manuals
