Job Responsibilities: * Prepare the schedules and necessary compliance documentations required by external tax service providers/consultants in relation to the tax compliance for the assigned entities in the Americas * Handle Canada GST and HST Job Responsibilities: Prepare the schedules and necessary compliance documentations required by external tax service providers/consultants in relation to the tax compliance for the assigned entities in the Americas Handle Canada GST and HST return preparation, filing and related tax audits Assist in reviewing Corporate Income Tax computations and returns of certain countries Ensure prompt filing and payment of taxes handled for Americas Provide the requirements of tax auditors and/or tax consultants for ongoing tax audit and other tax-related work Prepare the balance sheet reconciliations and tax rollforward analysis for assigned tax accounts Perform month-end close activities for assigned tax accounts Handle tax-related projects, perform system testing for changes in tax set-up Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. CPA is preferred. Minimum of 2 years tax compliance experience in the Big 4 or 4 years of tax experience in a local or multinational company Knowledge and work experience in Canada taxation is an advantage Experience in Corporate Income Tax return preparation Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work under heavy time pressure Willing to work overtime Ability to deliver according to established/committed deadlines Exposed to conducting financial reviews and dealing with people across all levels of the organization Excellent analytical and research skills Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills Keen to details Work with minimum supervision Willing to work in Cebu City Can start immediately , ,
