What are we looking for:
We are in search of an Amazon Account Specialist to work for our client partner - an eCommerce company whose goal is to expand and reinforce brand identity, build systems and extend product lines to the next level.
The main responsibilities will include data entry and encoding to single or multiple systems, ensuring encoded data is accurate through correcting errors, organizing information and developing reports. This role involves a lot of listing and product research.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Assist the Brand Manager in executing in-channel marketing campaigns during the launch phase of a product, including content creation, new product launches, and sales enablement
Enter in SKUs data into Google Sheets using information of a particular listing via Helium10
Monitor daily sales, listing performance, keyword performance during the launch phase of a new product
Work with the Brand Manager in handling several Amazon Seller Central storefronts
Monitor daily sales, listing performance, keyword performance during the launch phase of a new product
Create summary reports on launch performance when brands/products successfully complete the launch phase
Optimize Amazon listings by performing ongoing keyword research (using Helium10) and competitor analysis, and continuously updating or improving product listings including listing text and image content
Raise, monitor and resolve identified listing issues and cases and communicate with Seller Central support via email and phone
Keep up to date with Amazon policies, procedures and terms of service related to listing management and optimization
Additional administrative duties as needed
About You:
Proven experience of 2-3 years handling Amazon accounts
Experience in product researches and listing optimization
Strong familiarity with spreadsheet software and databases
Background in Helium10 is highly preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Core qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently while following management strategy
