Key Responsibilities:
Align a strategy with that of the Market Leader s to deliver strong client value and business results.
Achieve Quarterly and Semi-Annual revenue, OTC and ACV signings and deployment targets relative to Supply Chain and OMS offerings.
Understand the unique selling points of each IBM solution suite functionally and technically to best coach sellers, drive the 'why IBM' story, and create compelling value propositions for customers.
Build sufficient current and out-quarter pipeline to support targets for revenue and signings by brand.
Engage with clients, partners, and sellers viewing the world through the eyes of our client - solve THEIR problems and drive a world class client experience. Customer satisfaction will be measured by Net Promoter Scores.
Understand the competitive landscape in a variety of deals and lead the team to identifying and presenting differentiated value to customers, through a Challenger Sale approach.
Cultivate C-level, line-of-business and functional client relationships as well as Partner relationships.
Develop market based insights around buying behavior and competitive threats.
Ensure financial integrity and optimizes territories / routes to market execution
Integrate TEAM IBM and Partners at the client level
Balance tactical business requirements with strategic planning & execution
Identify, engage and win key architectural battles
