We are looking for a qualified After Sales Consultant to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about benefits, and provide support for Sales Consultant. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Responsibilities:
The After Sales Consultant's responsibilities and duties are outlined in the key areas below.
● Assist customers by assessing their needs and helping them find the right product
and services
● Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
● Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
● Build productive trust relationship with HMO providers
● Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
● Provide support Sales team in SOA monitoring, keeping track of client and HMOs
deliverable and reconciling sales team billing and balances
● To assist with other departments as required.
Work Location and Schedule: The After Sales Consultant is a full-time position scheduled from Mondays to Fridays, 8 am to 5 pm. Due to COVID-19, we are currently working remotely.
