What IT Risk & Compliance Management contributes to Cardinal Health
IT Risk and Compliance Management is responsible for identifying and quantifying IT risk factors, and for managing and measuring compliance to the controls that mitigate these risks.
Identifies, analyzes, monitors and minimizes areas of risk that pertain to information technology.
Analyzes business impact and exposure based on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities and risks.
Demonstrates knowledge of IT regulatory requirements and applies a risk-based approach to interpret and comply to these requirements.
Provides assurance that quality and risks are effectively addressed in relation to information systems and processes.
Coordinates the IT component of both internal and external audits and federal and state examinations.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
4+ years experience in related field preferred

Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large scope
