JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate is the link between the client and the agency team. Primarily oversees the agency-client relationship, determining clients’ needs and ensures delivery of commitments and targets in terms of the identified campaign through effective communication. Collaborates with different internal and external partners to prepare pitch presentations and project implementation which includes such as but not limited to strategies, cost estimates, short-term and long-term output, coverage planning, timeline etc. 
Aside from handling existing clients, he/she may be in-charge of new accounts acquisition and business development. Performs a range of related administrative functions such as but not limited to project profitability aspects, billing and collection.  
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a variety of advertising and marketing projects - BTL (events, activations, sampling and promotions), Digital Marketing, etc.
With experience in new account acquisition which includes lead generation, account profiling, credentials presentation, accreditation, pitch development
Strong Client Management Skills (persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback)
Highly effective negotiation, presentation and communications skills 
Good/Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people (people and leadership skills)
