ADDMORE Outsourcing is a BPO firm that partners with a variety of international companies to help them optimize their operations by providing valuable resources and systems management knowledge. It is currently searching for an Administrative Specialist to join its growing team in the Philippines.
As an Administrative Specialist, you are in charge of various clerical tasks to support supervisors and management staff. Your responsibility is to act as the main point of contact among clients through answering calls and responding to inquiries, managing schedules, arranging appointments and travel, addressing complaints, resolving internal issues, managing payroll, and keeping an organized database.
Furthermore, you will also conduct research and analysis, prepare reports and other forms of documentation, and coordinate workflow in a particular area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Active participation in office management, including handling general clerical tasks.
Organize and prepare meeting schedules for various departments.
Ensure meeting spaces are properly requisitioned ahead of schedule.
Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical issues.
Offer assistance to the accounting department to provide manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
Confer with the human resources department to assist with payroll, personnel databases, and other duties.
Represent department managers or other senior-level officers in meetings, including taking notes and recordings as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of any four-year Business Course.
With 5+ years of experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience using business email services, such as Microsoft Outlook.
Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments.
Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high-stress environment.
Strong communication skills and extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels.
Highly organized and capable of creating organizational systems that others easily utilize.
This is a Work from Home (WFH) set-up.
