Job Description
Initiate and implement best and effective practices in administrative functions.
Lead, direct and mentor order fulfillment staff (order processing to client delivery) to achieve maximum output.
Manage databases and document processes and systems implementation.
Manages stocks and inventory reports.
Assist and support sales and marketing teams to maximize revenues.
Answer and respond to customer inquiries.
Build customer relationships.
Assist and support accounts department in financial operations.
Ensure timely completion of financial and other administrative audits. •
Prepare and analyze sales reports and financial statements for the management team.
Minimum Qualifications
5-10 years managerial experience in Administrative and Order Fulfillment in Direct Selling or retail or e commerce industry
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft office applications.
Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
With bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
Able to manage and lead members of the team.
Able to independently provide solutions and solve operational concerns.
Strong Internet Connection
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask
