TAHJ Management Services Inc. is looking for Administrative Assistant for the high-end Residential in Makati City, Taguig City, Quezon City, Mandaluyong and Manila City.
We are also looking for Billing Assistant and Collection Assistant.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative Assistant
Prepares request for payment (RFP)
Assist in routing of checks to authorize signatories
Facilitates releasing and monitoring of signed checks
Prepares monitoring of released and unreleased checks
Maintain and monitor the inventory of all office supplies and orders as needed and office equipment
Maintains filing and monitoring of monthly remittance to BIR like EWT, VAT, Annual Registration fee and ITR
Answers, screens and transfer as needed inbound phone calls and handles customer concerns and queries
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by Finance Manager from time to time
Bachelor's Degree holder in Financial Management/Accounting, BSBA or related
Proven experience as Administrative Assistant and/or General Accounting for at least 1 year.
Excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially strong in EXCEL
Good organizational skills, hardworking and can work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent phone and email etiquette
English Proficient (verbal and written)
Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
