Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and ensuring that the President and the Management Team are informed and prepared for the meeting
Prepares administrative and financial reports and presentations
Maintains and organizes electronic and paper files
Handles internal and external coordination for the President, Management Team and other Business Partners
Anticipates the needs of the President and acts accordingly
Attends to phone calls, emails and prepares minutes during meetings
Performs other duties as assigned
What we require:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least three (3) years experience in supporting C-level executives
Above average skills in written and spoken English
Excellent communication/coordination skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledgeable in office management systems and procedures
More-than-basic accounting/financial competencies is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Very Keen on details and on compliance of specific instructions
Can work independently with minimum supervision
Personality that is vibrant and energetic
Tech Savvy
