We manage hundreds of properties across Brisbane, handling everything from tenant screening to maintenance, and are committed to being approachable, responsive, and reliable.JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking an organized, proactive, and creative Administration Support person to assist with both real estate admin tasks and social media engagement. This role will support the property management and sales teams, help keep our digital presence strong, and ensure our clients and tenants have seamless, high-quality experiences.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the scheduling and posting social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)Maintain and update CRM or client database (realestate specific - Eagle)Pre-fill and prepare documentation for potential clients for sales of property form 6 contacts etcUsing a template in canva making printable materials and brochuresAssist with creating pre-sale, post-sale, and property management formsProvide general administrative and sales support to the teamReport directly to the founder for task allocation and performanceRequirementsSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Education: not required but nice to haveExperience: 1-3 years in admin, real estate, or marketing support rolesSoftware:Suggested based on website: Canva, CRM systems, Google WorkspacePlease confirm exact tools used (Eagle (Real estate specific CRM)PropertyMeCanvaGoogle WorkspaceIDEAL CANDIDATE TRAITSHigh attention to detail and excellent time managementConfident written communication skillsTakes initiative and comfortable working independentlyFamiliar with Australian real estate terminology and practices nice to have if they have realestate USAFlexible and responsive to a dynamic paced environmentNON-NEGOTIABLES / NICE-TO-HAVESMust-haves:Prior admin experienceSocial media scheduling/posting skillsStrong written and verbal EnglishNice to have:Real estate industry experienceCanva or design tool familiarityCRM experience (Eagle)BenefitsHere at Access Offshoring, we believe in more than finding our clients the right candidate.
