Admin Assistant duties and responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Job Description:
Prepare, update and maintain and keep 201 Files of the foreign employees
Prepares and process working permits for foreign employees
Preparing, monitoring, recording, distributing, and ordering supplies, asset tagging and asset accountability
Responsible in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Make purchase orders for the equipment's and materials needed in the office.
Scanned and keeps record filling
Managed confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate events, such as meetings, conferences, and clients' visits.
Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and other projects.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Preferably graduate in Business Administration or other related courses
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Female
Must be excellent in verbal and written communication skills in English
Must be excellent computer skills (e.g. Word, excel etc.)
Must have pleasing personality
Precise attention detail
Ability to do multi task
Can work with less supervision
Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City
Highly adaptable and can work with minimal supervision
Willing to be trained and able to work Full-time
