Admin Staff (Compben) is responsible for managing and administering the organization's compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. This role ensures that the company's salary structures and benefits offerings are competitive, equitable, and compliant with labor laws. The ideal candidate will analyze compensation data, develop benefits programs, and advise management on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.ce.
 
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and compensation policies.
Data Entry
Monitoring of Loans SSS/HDMF
Answer employee concerns regarding on their payrolls
Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee inquiries related to benefits.
Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Support the implementation of training and development programs.
Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR management.
Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees, providing clarity on how they work.
Other task as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
