Administrative Assistant/Office Staff
Qualifications:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a proven track record in providing high-level administrative support. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency of the General Manager's office and requires exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the General Manager and other departments, managers, and clients.
Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects and deadlines.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and special projects.
Maintain accurate records and files related to the General Manager's activities and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
