Responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the day to day assigned tasks as admin assistant including support.
Maintains the office documentation and/or record-keeping system for the Manager and to ensure efficient documentation for storage and retrieval.
Arranges and assist employee/s for travel and accommodation requirements in the business purpose at head office.
Supports in coordinating all admin tasks given by manager/s.
Monitors office supplies and requests for replenishment when needed.
Attends/ standby to incoming office telephone calls.
Receives and logs and/or monitors incoming telephone calls
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Administration, Management or equivalent
Preferably 1-2 years professional experience in Administrative Support
Proficient in Microsoft Office / google spreadsheets (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
With or without background in accounting or customer service
Able to effectively multitask and has excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Can work during Philippine Public Holidays
Willing to work at Makati city
