Role and Opportunity
The client has active projects that you will have direct control of delivering, coupled with the support from their Australian team. You'll be fully utilised and have new sets of challenges daily, working on projects ranging from client's internal software and managing data.
Purpose
As an Admin & Accounts Assistant, your tasks may include:
Daily
Manage a workflow process
Work directly with onsite team
Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry
Bank statement upload
Receipting
Bank reconciliation
Weekly
Run accounts payable file
Run accounts client remittance file
Monthly
Rent up
Process management fees
Draft financial reports
Trust account close and reconciliation
Financial report pack generation and distribution
Fixed CPI rent reviews
Adhoc
Invoice entry
Form entry
Property set up
Lease set up form
Lease modification
Management fee
Tenant vacate
Tenant account reconciliations
Property budgets and outgoings reconciliation
Answer tenant account queries
Perform other administrative support or accounts tasks
Contribute to the team effort
Assist the client with their service requirements
Perform other duties that the client and management may require.
Clear is seeking an Admin & Accounts Assistant to work with our client, an Australian-based real estate agency with a team of experts across commercial sales, leasing and asset management.
Required Attributes

Strong time management skills to essentially prioritise tasks and adhere to
deadline
With "can do" attitude to work efficiently and independently
An effective multi-tasker, willing to learn in a fast manner
Proactive communicator with confidence to share feedback/thoughts
An enthusiastic team player who can adapt well
Essential Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Background in processing claims, invoices, and remittances
Strong MS Excel proficiency and experience with Xero or similar accounting
software
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Teams, OneDrive)
Advantageous
With experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Work experience relevant to real estate.
