Accountable for the delivery of revenue targets for valuation and actuarial support to the Health business, including accurate and timely management of sales pipeline, AR and WIP Build and deliver the strategy and growth aspirations for Wealth Retirement business, in line with the local, regional and global zone strategies . Drive Revenue and Client Relationships Drive Retirement business revenue growth and meet/exceed team revenue targets through identification of emerging market opportunities and an effective go to market strategy Proactively manage client contracts to ensure profitable growth and deepen existing client relationships. Work across Mercer and MMC businesses to build opportunities to leverage incremental sales and revenue. People Leadership Lead a team of retirement analysts focusing on building capability within the team in line with local strategy and market opportunity. Active development and succession planning for the Wealth Retirement team to ensure business continuity. What you need to have: Proven experience in retirement consulting and in leadership position. Can demonstrate strong communication, analytical and technical skills, with attention to detail Knowledgeable in Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Ability to articulate complex and technical information, within parameters in a concise manner Self-initiative and curiosity in financial services, self-motivated to seek out knowledge, test ideas and ways to contribute to the team.
