We are looking for dependable Acquisition Specialists for a client that offers SaaS texting platform services to real estate professionals. The rockstar Acquisition Specialist will provide the client's software solution to real estate professionals to help them get more eyes on their listings.
Job Responsibilities
Facilitate sales meetings and conduct need assessments with real estate professionals
Manage information in CRM and point-of-sale processes
Correspond with real estate professionals via call, text, and email
Client database management
Help the team meet its sales goal
Prepares sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials.
Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
With a strong sales background and proven track record
SaaS sales experience is highly preferred
Type A personality (high achiever, ambitious, strong-willed)
Knowledge of Real Estate (good-to-have)
Experience with CRM applications
Great negotiation and decision-making skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills
