We're seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to support our finance and client strategy teams. This role will manage the end-to-end AR cycle, handle complex invoicing workflows, and maintain accurate tracking of payments across internal systems.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full accounts receivable cycle from invoicing to reconciliation
Prepare, send, and track client invoices using Stripe
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients as needed
Maintain organized and accurate AR records
Track invoicing projects and tickets in Jira
Collaborate with finance and client strategy teams to streamline billing operations
Generate and analyze AR reports to identify trends, discrepancies, or outstanding balances
Support process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and reporting accuracy
Manage our accounts receivables email inbox, responding to & tracking client requests
Key Considerations:
The role is focused on managing the full accounts receivable cycle independently, including client communication, invoice tracking, and collections.
Candidates must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing AR operations in a fast-growing, high-volume environment.
Experience tracking invoicing projects and tasks in systems like Jira is important.
Candidates should be able to streamline billing operations and ensure accuracy across financial workflows.
Immediate start is preferred due to high business volume.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting roles
Strong understanding of AR processes and accounting principles
Proficiency in Stripe, Salesforce, and Jira (Snowflake experience a plus)
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to follow through
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to evolving workflows
