Primary Duties and Responsibilities
*Financial Transactions and Reports Processing
Follow-up customers for timely collection of receivables
Accept payment from customers and issue official receipts
Ensure timely deposit of collections
Prepare and update weekly A/R Monitoring report
File ORs / Acknowledgment Receipts / Invoices
Prepare and transmit billing / invoices to customers
* Risk Management and Compliance with Statutory Requirements
Update inventory of BIR Form 2307 and encode in SAWT Format
Update Deferred Output Tax Schedule
Prepare Summary List of Sales
Files VAT Returns
* Data and Process Management
* Makes recommendations on how to improve and innovate processes, systems and procedures in the team/department
* Corporate Compliance Responsibilities:
* Adheres to the organization's policies and code of discipline.
* Ensures continuous development by attending / participating in appropriate and relevant development program and courses.
* Ensures updated personal and professional information in the company's information management system.
* Ensures being up to date on all company policies.
* Actively participates in company and group wide events.
* Participates in all CSR initiatives.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Proficient in M.S. Excel, M.S. Word
Knowledgable in Preparation of BIR returns and alphalist
