Compute's incentives of sales and merchandisers
Coordinates with Sales, Audit or Warehouse & Logistics to settle discrepancies as soon as possible
Validates client sales report versus company's audit report for billing and collection purposes
Ensures that all dealers (outright and consignment) accounts are up to date and with no aging receivables
Schedules and follows up uncollected payments
Ensures payments (cash, checks, post-dated checks) before delivery of items based on payment terms
Encodes sales invoice timely and accurately - within 24 hours
Encodes payment received from client and apply to corresponding invoices timely and accurately - within 24 hours
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related business course
With at least one (1) year of experience in Accounting functions specifically in Accounts Receivables
Familiarity in Accounting Systems (NAV, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Application of Accounting Knowledge - Knowledge in Accounting functions and systems
Accuracy - Keen attention to details
Professional Conduct - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Willing to be assigned under Agency
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Accounting and Finance Consumer Electronics 4 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
