Job Summary
Job holder contributes to the growth and profitability of Malate Construction & Development Corporation by being responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate recording of all receivables such as equity payment, HDMF payments, amortization and other income.
Accurate recording and monitoring of all collections and all collectibles.
Records validated collection from Treasury Cash Management to the system.
Monitors the check (Post Dated Check) payment of the buyer.
Update Ledger
Posts customer's payments by recording cash, checks and direct payments to each individual ledger.
Updates HDMF and bank take outs.
Preparation of accounts reconciliation schedule.
Records package agreement on buyer's ledger.
Records and amends buyers' accounts.
Records collections for expense charged to buyers.
Prepares weekly aging of receivables.
Ensures accurate statement of accounts in updating individual ledger.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
