Job Description
We are looking for an analytical Account Receivable Associate to assist our accounting department as it receives, processes, and collects on goods sold or services rendered. In this role, you will be processing claims, entering claims into the database, creating summary reports, and sending customer statements to name a few of the tasks. You will be working with a team in the US to ensure that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected.
Job Details:
Accounts Receivable Associate
Work from home
Monday to Friday | 10 PM to 7 AM
Responsibilities:
· Support AR team on daily bases
· Enter claims into database
· Run claims statements and send to customer for approval
· Create claims summary report for payout approval
· Create claims payout for AP processing
· Clear claims from customer account
· Send customer statements weekly/monthly
· Assist with daily cash applications
· Enter secondary invoices into database
· Posting of AR batches
· Ad hoc customer invoice copy requests
Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
·At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
·Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with accounting software.
·Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
·High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
·Attention to detail.
·Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
