• Monitor inboxes for incoming vendor invoices and contracts
• Save invoices / credit card receipts into Vendor folder
• Enter invoices and credit card receipts into NetSuite accounting system
• Set up new vendors
• Reach out internally for credit card receipts from employees
• Reconcile credit cards monthly
• Take direction from AP Manager
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or any business course
• At least 3 years' experience in AP end-to-end
• Amenable to work in US hours or fixed night shift
• With US client interaction
• Willing to work in Alabang site once WIO resumes
