ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR
 
Job Description
 
We are looking for Accounts Payable Supervisor who is responsible for activities and operations in the accounts payable function.
 
Responsibilities:
Supervising staff and assist all team members in accomplishing the goals of the department
Prepare and monitor expenses per project
Prepare and monitor Accounts Payable aging
Prepare for expanded withholding tax monthly
Encode in the BIR alphalist monthly and Annual
Data entry in BIR alphalist for 2316 Annual
Check the APV of per suppliers
Check the counter receipts of supplier with complete supporting
Check the petty cash replenishment with correct SAP entry
Prepare Actual vs Budget per Department monthly
Prepare Cash Flow report monthly
Prepare the revolving fund reconciliation
Job Qualifications:
Proven working experience as Accounts Payable Supervisor, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Supervisor, or for at least 3-5 years.
BS degree in Accountancy or Finance
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases preferably SAP Business One.
Proven knowledge and experience in an Accounts Payable job function, accounting principles, practices, standards, local laws and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Ability to direct and supervise
Must have an excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively across department functions.
