ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
 
Brief Description and Purpose of the Position
 
The Accounts Payable Specialist is entrusted with the comprehensive management and processing of all invoices, purchase and non-purchase transactions, and other financial transactions. With keen attention to detail and accuracy, the analyst ensures strict compliance with financial policies. This role demands strong communication and analytical skills to collaborate effectively across various business units while upholding ethical standards and organizational efficiency. Additionally, the Accounts Payable Analyst initiates the entry of home office-related transactions.
Qualification Standards
A graduate of a bachelor's degree in an accounting-related field
No experience required, at least 1 year of work experience in the field is an advantage
Proficient in using accounts payable software and other financial management tools (e.g. ERP, MS Excel, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills
Able to work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
