Summary:
This position supports the Accounts Payable function and is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and effective delivery of Invoice Scanning and Indexing within agreed timelines and ensuring compliance to defined process control frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Manage scanning and indexing process using Datacap
Perform scanning and indexing for all Asia markets
Compliance to prescribed Invoicing requirements to ensure proper recognition of Invoices in the system
Identifies and implements continuous improvements in the Scanning and Indexing process to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Contribute to the continuous update and documentation of the Scanning and Indexing process Playbook
