Job description:
Prepares checks for payment of third-party/vendors/suppliers.
Prepares CV for employee's advances/reimbursements.
Scan and file vouchers and attachments.
Accounts Payable Helpdesk Experience (Able to answer queries, emails and calls)
Prepare accurate Journal Entries and General Ledger
Provides timely status of vendor invoices and payments
Perform monthly closing and reconciliation process.
Review and provide aging reports.
Can work with multiple accounts.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
At least 2 years Accounts Payable Experience
Strong communication skills
Experience in Accounting System an advantage but not required.
Must be detailed oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Can work with team and stakeholders
Willingness to learn and have positive attitude towards work.
