DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The tasks under this function include:
Process vendor invoices either coming in electronically or manually.
Manual entries are done either on the site or in the headquarter. Site managers input trade invoices from the site.
Reconcile statements versus invoices (or paid invoices).
Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A. Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related fields
B. Experience
Graduate of Finance, Accounting, or similar course. CPA not required.
Solid background in AP, AR, and auditing, applying GAAP.
Experience of about 1-3 years in a similar project.
