Accounts Payable specialistAuto Global, Inc.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording
- Entries and reconciling book of accounts.
- Processing due invoices for payment
-Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS in Accounting or Management Accounting
- 1 to 3 years experience in Payment Processing & Bank Reconciliation
- Strong Computer Skills and knowledge in accounting system software
- Knowledge of appropriate internal controls
