Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. Your Role
Reviews, acknowledges and posts third party invoices and ensures all are properly approved by respective supervisor and department head. Your Responsibilities
Your Tasks + Responsibilities
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Monitor revolving funds
Prepares journal entries
Monitors AP processes across all Kuehne+Nagel branches
Supports the month-end and year-end closing process
Supports during internal and external audits
Maintain contact with the regional and corporate Finance team on the status of the country deliverables
Primary point of contact of the Business Unit Managers in KN Philippines in the identification and onboarding of suppliers
Ensure all identified milestones and relevant activities are on track, communicate potential delays, source for solutions and escalate to Finance Director as necessary
Your Skills and Experiences
Your Skills + Expertise
Solid Experience in Account Payables at least 3 years in multinational company
Above average communications skills both in spoken and written English
With analytical and problem solving skills
Must be able to collaborate well and deal with all levels in the organization.
Has the passion to process improvement and results oriented
