About the Client:
One-stop-shop for light-weight mechanical plant platform and roof access solutions based in NSW
Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Working Schedule: 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM Manila Time
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will
Complete payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
Produce weekly and monthly pay runs.
Verify accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
Make sure that things are accurately coded in the system
Liaise queries on overlooking the product costing
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping
Has expertise in accounts payable management
Is proficient in MS Excel
Has good spoken and written English communication skills
Has experience working for Australian clients (highly preferred)
