Candidate Specification:
• Graduate of BS Accountancy / Management Accounting / Accounting related course
• At least one-year work experience, preferably in Shared Service set up
• SAP System Knowledge preferable
Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills with problem solving approach.
• Good Understanding in Accounts Payable process.
• Working Knowledge in SAP and other Accounting software.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Basic understanding of Process improvement and projects
• Prior knowledge in process transition (SOP, KA, KT) is an added advantage
• Experience working in a shared service set up is an advantage
Job Description:
• Ensure timely and accurate validation of invoices and credit memos received from Vendors.
• Perform transaction monitoring to Validated invoices.
• Prepare and Analyze Reports (Daily & Monthly) relating to Operational Performance.
• Other tasks required in the Accounts Payable process.
