This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of payments and vendor management.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process invoices accurately and on time, ensuring all entries are coded correctly and approved in accordance with company policy.
Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle including vendor set-up, invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
Monitor AP aging and follow up on outstanding items.
Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing reports and reconciliations related to payables.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with audit requirements.
Support automation and process improvement initiatives across the finance function.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounts payable or general accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volume transactions with accuracy.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is preferred.
Good communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting tools.
Preferred
Exposure to working with global or APAC finance teams.
Experience in the technology, consulting, or service industries.
