To monitor and guide RG-FIN to adhere to FIN SOP, provide on-the-spot coaching, and assist in RG-FIN concerns to increase work productivity. Include month-end RG-FIN performance/KPI review 4. Well comprehension of FIN and AP SOP (timeline, description, reports etc) and necessary taxes and strictly enforcing it. 5. Checking of monthly reports and reconciliation done by regional finance. 6. Weekly submission of Incentives and teambuilding monitoring 7. Monthly submission of Incentives report and Regional Fund Analysis 8. Monthly Regional presentation 9. Assist on Aftersales Operation on SC as needed 10. China reimbursement compliance and filing 11. Has knowledge of budget monitoring and reporting 12. Has a background in GL Accounts and reconciliations 13. Other Ad hoc reporting/analysis as required by superior from time to time 14. Preferably with experience in handling and supervision people
