Job Description
a )Complete payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. e.g. other payable request, regional project payment request and HQ reimbursements;
b) Ensure correct entries into accounting system, including posting of expense category, cost center, standardize description, and tax computations;
c) Assist AP lead on weekly and monthly reconciliation of AP Aging;
d) Submit weekly and monthly reconciliation of assigned accounts for consolidation by AP lead;
e) Sending of monthly AP confirmation with suppliers based on the final reconciled AP Aging report with GL Team;
f) Other AP-related tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year accounting course or any finance-related course;
Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant finance work experience;
Attention to detail;
Can work independently;
Team player.
