Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
:
Responsible for People management of direct reports and Delivery of Core tasks for accounts serviced
Responsibilities
Workload Distribution
Communicate incoming work and priorities to F&A practitioners
Work closely with the Team Leads for managing of incoming, processe
s and pending work
Works with SME on Client requests to ensure these are in line with DOU's/expectations
Providing the team with future work updates
Issue Management
Understand issues and work with SME
Review open issues with the leads and communicate the same to Operations Manager
Ensure customer issues are escalated to the management/SME if needed
Upload Customer Issues in RAIL and manage issues until closure
Metrics
Ensure Client SLA's and Internal SLA's are met
Reviews SLA report with Operations Manager
Manage performance/productivity of the team
Ensures Quality requirements are met by the team
Review of ILC and TVC of the team
People Management
Manage attendance/absences
Coaching of Leads & Practitioners based on performance, QA, escalations, etc
Manages SLA performance, measurement and reporting
People Management of reports - Training, Skills development, Development Plan, Succession Planning, Career Plan, etc
Responsible for ensuring people managed submit Center deliverables (ILC, PBC, IDP, BCG, Workplace Security, etc.)
Process Management
Responsible for Business controls, MSA, SAS 70, ISO 900
1-2008, eCAP, SOX, etc
Responsible for Business Controls posture of the accounts handled - this should include input to the MSA Prelim/Final decks which needs to be prepared by the Process Lead and approved by Operations Manager
Responsible for Business Controls posture of the accounts handled - this should include input to the MSA Prelim/Final decks
Responsible for ensuring continued Process Improvement thru QIP's & projects
Work with SME on customer requirements for amending current processes or creation of new processes that will fall under Core process owned
Review and Approve Process Documentation

Daily
Monitor Issues in Issue tracking sheet to ensure closure
Update issue tracking sheet
Review incoming and pending volumes
Upload and Manage RAIL
Escalate issues / provide feedback to other processes as needed
Weekly
Team huddles/ Operations Meeting
Interlock with SME's on Issues
Review of Volumes processed
Review of ILC clockings
Monthly
One on one coaching sessions with reports
Operations meeting (may be the 1st weekly meeting of each month) to review SLA's, business controls
Review of TVC and ABC Metrics

Experience in SAP is a must
