Primary Responsibilities:
Accurate processing of invoices and billings
Thorough review and processing of transactions related to fixed assets
The role involves:
Processing of invoices/billings within 3 working days
Review and processing of transactions related to fixed assets such as but not limited to item receiving, inventory count, etc.
Participation in the monthly FS closing and preparation/submission of balance sheet reports prior to the set deadline
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Graduate of any business course or any related courses, preferably BS Accountancy or equivalent
Knowledgeable in basic accounting entries and Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
Working experience of at least 2 years in handling accounts payables
Honest, with a high sense of integrity, team player, motivated, organized, and keen on details
Can adapt to changes
Willing to start ASAP
